To fulfill my calling and equip others to do the same.
All for the One
"Without a God-given vision, our ministries will never have it."
- Craig Groeschel
My vision is simple.
1. To fulfill my calling...
2. and equip others to do the same.
3. All for the One
ONE GOD
ONE LOST SOUL
Parable of the Lost Sheep
Parable of the Lost Coin
Parable of the Lost Son (Prodigal Son)
ONE CHURCH
- “Therefore, I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God” (Ephesians 4:1 NLT).
- I’m still learning God’s plan for my life. But I'm certain He's calling me to ministry. Although I primarily use the internet, God continues to provide other platforms for me to share Jesus.
- Today, my goal is to make what God has already made special the best special it can be.
2. and equip others to do the same.
- I desire to help others find and fulfill God’s calling for their lives. I’m so passionate about seeing people live full lives in JESUS. Each and every person is called by God to do something extraordinary for Him!
- The Bible says, “However, he [God] has given each one of us a special gift through the generosity of Christ” (Ephesians 4:7 NLT).
- It's the job of a minister to equip others to do God's work. “Their responsibility is to equip God's people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12 NLT).
- Today, my goal is to equip others to serve Jesus.
3. All for the One
ONE GOD
- The Bible tells us that God is a trinity. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
- Jesus says, “The Father and I are ONE” (John 10:30 NLT, emphasis added).
- “For there is ONE body and ONE Spirit, just as you have been called to ONE glorious hope for the future. There is ONE Lord, ONE faith, ONE baptism, ONE God and Father of all, who is over all, in all, and living through all” (Ephesians 4:4-6 NLT, emphasis added).
- This ministry isn't about me. It's about the ONE and only God.
- Today, my goal is to serve the ONE.
ONE LOST SOUL
- In the Gospel of Luke, Jesus shares three parables in a row emphasizing the importance of ONE lost soul.
Parable of the Lost Sheep
- “When he arrives, he will call together his friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me because I have found my lost sheep.’ In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over ONE lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!” (Luke 15:6-7 NLT, emphasis added).
Parable of the Lost Coin
- “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses ONE. Won’t she light a lamp and sweep the entire house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she will call in her friends and neighbors and say, ‘Rejoice with me because I have found my lost coin.’ In the same way, there is joy in the presence of God’s angels when even ONE sinner repents” (Luke 15:8-10 NLT, emphasis added).
Parable of the Lost Son (Prodigal Son)
- This parable is about a son who asks his father for an early inheritance. The father consents. It isn’t long before the son leaves his homeland and begins wasting his money in sinful ways. A famine comes, and the young man finds himself broke. Eventually, he finds a job as a farmer, but he continues to starve. He’s hungry enough for the pig food to give him an appetite. The lost son realizes his wrong and shamefully returns to his father. When the father sees his son returning, he runs out to meet him with joy. The son comes home expecting to lose his relationship with the father, believing he will be a hired servant. But the loving father celebrates his return. This parable is symbolic of any ONE person who comes running back to God.
- “‘...for this son of mine was dead and has now returned to life. He was lost, but now he is found.’ So the party began” (Luke 15:24 NLT, emphasis added).
- My biggest goal in ministry is sharing Jesus with lost and hurting people. It’s so easy for ministries to become discouraged when they appear to only make a minimal impact. Although I would love to see thousands of lives impacted through this ministry, my mission is to reach people on an individual level. Besides, nothing God does is ever small!
- Today, my goal is to reach the ONE.
ONE CHURCH
- “And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of ONE body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful” (Colossians 3:15 NLT, emphasis added).
- “This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ” (Ephesians 4:13 NLT, emphasis added).
- “Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love” (Ephesians 4:15-16 NLT).
- It's my passion to see God’s Church be ONE. Sure, people have different views, but when it comes down to it, it’s all about Jesus!
- Today, my goal is to unify the Church as ONE people.
